The South Central CASC will be attending Monarch Day at the Chickasaw Cultural Center on Saturday, September 10th.

We will be hosting a booth on The Stories of Penology as a part of the Time to Restore project.

• There will be a matching game for the kids to match the names of the phenophase to its corresponding image for both Monarch Butterflies and Milkweed plants.
• There will be a nature’s notebook sheet to allow everyone to collect data while investigating plants and determining their phenophase.
• You can craft butterflies using coffee filters and pipe cleaners.
• And of course, there will be handouts related to all of the above available.
